Its a cats life

Crawling across the floor with grass tickling her belly,

Looking through the window or watching the telly,

Climbing upon the rooftops or bathing in a heated spot,

Hunting when the moon comes out and chasing the rodents all about,

Playing with a toy rat and arch enemies with the neighbors cat,

Slouching anywhere and anywhere she calls these places bed,

If she is not there then she is playing with her kittens instead,

Perched upon the armrest of the old dears seat,

Purring with contentment as she awaits her treat.
